Backed by industrial lathes, grinding setups, and rubber vulcanising facilities in Shershah, Karachi to prolong roller operational life and ensure exact tolerances.
Restoring cylindrical accuracy, diametrical concentricity, and specified surface finishes.
Over time, continuous industrial line pressure and abrasive chemical contact cause localized wear, hollow center grooves, or glazed roller surfaces. Our cylindrical grinding machinery finishes rolls up to 610 mm in diameter and 5,080 mm in overall length, bringing surfaces back to uniform precision.
Stripping spent coatings and vulcanising new elastomers with high bonding strength.
We re-rubberise worn rollers on client-supplied steel cores. Cores are thoroughly stripped of old rubber, grit-blasted, primed with specialized chemical bonding agents, and wrapped with fresh compounded rubber strips. The roll is then vulcanised under controlled temperature and autoclave steam pressure.
Specialized surface patterns for web handling, liquid drainage, and deflection compensation.
Under heavy hydraulic nip loads, roller cores naturally deflect at the center, creating uneven edge squeezing. Our precision crowning machining applies parabolic diameter taper, ensuring completely uniform linear pressure when deflected.
Full core restoration to save capital expenditure and return worn rolls to service.
Before re-coating, our machinists inspect the core for bent shafts, worn journal bearing seats, damaged keyways, and wall thinning. We repair journal steps by precision machining or sleeve insertion, dynamically balance the assembly, and apply fresh vulcanisation.
Manufacturing complete steel, stainless steel, and aluminium roller cores from raw stock.
When an existing roller cannot be salvaged or a new machine is being fabricated, we engineer complete metal roller bodies. We turn heavy-gauge seamless tubing, weld internal diaphragms, press-fit precision ground stub shafts, and cut keyways.
