1. Quotation-Led Commercial Scope

Products and engineering services listed on this website represent manufacturing capabilities. Formal prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms are provided through official quotations based on verified dimensions, elastomer compounds, and quantities.

2. Customer Core Reconditioning

For roller reconditioning, clients supply existing metal cores. All incoming cores undergo initial inspection for bent shafts, journal runout, or internal structural defects. If additional core machining or journal repair is required, it will be communicated prior to vulcanisation.

3. Dimensional Tolerances & Drawings

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all manufacturing tolerances adhere to standard industrial roller machining practices. Clients are responsible for verifying critical shaft dimensions, bearing fits, and chemical compatibility with their machinery.
